Fotos eines Kriegsberichterstatters auf U 564. Diese Aufnahmen wurden 1944 in Brest von einem englischen Marinetaucher gefunden. Sie lagerten danach viele Jahre auf einem Dachboden in England und wurden erst 2001 in der Daily Mail veröffentlicht.

Photographs of a war correspondent onboard U 564. These photos were found in Brest in 1944 by an English naval diver. Later they were stored in an attic in England for many years and were only published in the Daily Mail in 2001.
LI Joseph Hener und sein Modell von U 1165. Gabi Hener stellte uns Fotos des Ubootmodells von U 1165 zur Verfügung, das ihr Vater Josef Hener in englischer Kriegsgefangenschaft gebastelt hatte. Er war zuletzt LI auf diesem Uboot gewesen und im November 1947 aus englischer Gefangenschaft entlassen worden.
